Stress…it’s a killer
It didn’t occur to me until a couple of days ago that I haven’t really posted here in a while. A lot of that is tied up in issues going on in my personal life.
The bad news is that a doctor has finally decided my stress isn’t imaginary and so I’m on a forced leave from work with orders to find a less stressful job. Considering that nearly any other job would be less stressful than my current one, that should’t be too hard, except for the whole finding a job part.
They say that you’re supposed to tell people that you’re searching. Well, telling my friends the situation has apparently only been an opportunity to out an emotional abuser in my circle of contacts. That’s been pretty ugly.
The good news is that I should soon have the paperwork completed to start teaching jewelry making at one of the Michael’s in the area. Hopefully, classes will form more quickly than they did in San Antonio and this will actually become a form of income.
More good news is the fact that readers of my blogs are becoming more generous with clicking on AdSense, so that’s slowly becoming a small bit of money. (I’m kind of using AdSense to pay for the blogs themselves, so I’m pretty happy about this development.)
Blogging here may continue to be a bit sluggish while I work through all of this, the good and the bad.
This is what happens when you post half-asleep.
